Sub: Request for replacement of damaged product: order no -ABC

Greetings.

We had placed an order for a presentation projector on DD-MM-2018. We received the order (order no-ABC) yesterday and were shocked to see that the item is in damaged condition. The item has been evidently damaged due to inadequate packaging and handling during logistics.

I have sent you photographs of the damaged items, attached with this mail, taken immediately after the unpacking.

We are extremely dissatisfied with this transaction. The instrument is very important for us to make our presentation to our clients and any delay in delivery would affect our presentation schedule. We request you to look into the issue and arrange for a replacement immediately. We have already informed the customer service department of your company on phone regarding the same.
