The company name is Amazon that uses its Human resources culture to cope up with the competitive advantage. The Amazon processes of maintaining the Human resource are strategic and innovative. It has designed the process of HRM in such a fashion that it will meet the level of satisfaction to the existing employees and also to the new joiners. The employees will feel the differences with respect to culture, benefits, and growth as compared to other organization. The competitors will rarely provide the facility which the Amazon gives it to its employees; this makes a huge difference between other companies with AMAZON and in this way the employee’s eager to work with Amazon which stops the competitors to make any wrong aspects in its ongoing process.
Two current issues in HR management:
1. Training and development: In many organizations, it is a common problem which badly affects the work process due to lack of sufficient training provided to the employees before landing up to the practical work. The employees face issues because of lack of sufficient knowledge in them. This is the reason the performance becomes lower and due to this lack of development, the organization is somehow lagging.
2. Compensations and benefits: The benefits and the compensation that is provided in the organization as per the work deliverables is completely lower. The employees won’t get their desired salary which they efficiently work to bring the organizations highly profitable. As compared to their hard work the wages which the company provides is too lower that is a common issue in many companies. It is required to be fixed to enhance the standard.
HR role in organizational ethics (Personal work experience)
The organizational ethics are basically required to maintain the standard of the work process in the organization. The HR role is to design the organizational ethics which should soothe the work environment to function on the most concentrated areas like organizational culture, monitoring on discrimination that affects the standards of the organization and employee co-ordination with the juniors and seniors. These are the HR roles to be focused so to keep an ethical work standard in the organization and the employee should get the comfort to work by keeping a mutual bonding among them.
