Dove is a huge name in soap industry but the name Dove is associated with female product line as all their products were for women and that's why it has a female stigma to it. Dove Men+ Care will be their first product for men and its success is tough but not impossible to achieve. First of all, men personal care industry is emerging and it is the right time to enter the market for Dove and should release product as soon as possible but not without proper preparations. Then Dove should procure the target audience like they did with their female products. In their female campaign, the focus was shown on married with children and bachelor women and should do the same for the men - target audience should be married with children and bachelor men. To distinguish the product from the competitots the Men+ Care should portray itself as a unique and distinct shower soap. And lastly, the promotion of the product should be proper and it's the vital for success of any product. The promotion should should all the available platforms like TV, radio, newspaper, internet and mobile and focus should be on mobile and internet as they are the best promotional platform available nowadays with 75% men using them.
