The Golden Rule is the principle of treating others the way you want them to. This is the maximum amount found in many religions and cultures. It can be considered the ethics of reciprocal revolution in some religions, even though different religions behave differently.

Maximum can seem to be positive or negative order management behavior:

Treat others the way you want others to treat you (positive form or guidance).
Don't treat others the way you don't want them to be (negative or prohibited).
What you want from others, you want from yourself (empathy or response form).

The idea dates back to the early Confucians, according to Rushworth Kidder, who defined the concept as dominant in Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Judaism, Taoism, Zoroastrianism and other "important world religions." The world's 143 largest religious leaders have endorsed the Golden Rule as part of the "1993 Declaration on World Ethics." According to Greg M. Esptein, this is an idea that no religion has completely missed, but belief in God is not necessary to support it. Simon Blackburn also states that the golden rule can be "found in some form, almost any moral tradition."
