Meaning is a part of language, we have to learn lot of word in
our life and they have multiple meanings and they have relationship
between each other.
If we have some words of a language then we have to put
together in phrases, sentences and diagram to construct meaning of
those words.
Language is changed during the years but meaning is same of
those words always.
The meaning of word is in peoples.
For example:
One person is talking with another in an English language. So
in this conversation one person is using some English word with a
proper sense and the other person grab those word and finds the
meaning of those words.
