The most important characteristics of a coach or a mentor are patience and encouragement. A mentor who encourages their students to do the task will definately help them in succeeding as any person needs encouragement to bring out their talent. Also the mentor must be patient in getting the output because not all the students iwll be quick in learnig. Some might take a lot of time in mastering the task but will eventually become experts. This expertise comes from a good coach or a mentor who trains them with patience . These two characteristics are very important than knowledge and experience because knowledge without patience is not worth the sucess. Even in literature great theorists described patience and hardwork as the main theme of life and how a person can get success if they are patient and focussed.
