The skills that I have acquired from taking this course include team playability, management, ethical conduct, problem solving, compatibility, effective conflict resolution and decision making.

All these skills allows me to be able to handle all the current situations that are thrown at me while effectively managing work at the different levels of the organization. It will allow me to handle the position of manager, act as a leader, critically evaluate all the situations and form the correct decisions based on the outcome of all the actions that will benefit the business.

In order to apply my knowledge, i will try to solve as many problems as possible, form valuable collaborations, seek and give critiques, form valuable connection and relationships that make use of my skills at the different levels of the organization. I would delve to take as many projects as you possibly can evaluating my performance at every step to allow the maximum utilization of all the opportunities and therefore create an effective system that will allow me to progress at every step of the process.
