Some interviewer can check candidate previous employment details related to behaviour, mental and physical condition whether the candidate is stable to work at the organization.
Some cases, interviewer can go for a counselling of candidate in order to know whether the candidate is physically or mentally fit for the organization.
Some organization conduct the test for the candidate to know his mental abilities to work in the organization.
