When intererwing a potential candidate, interviewer/employer can check for candidates health report from the concerned doctors to know his physical and mental health condition. Some interviewer can check candidate previous employment details related to behaviour, mental and physical condition whether the candidate is stable to work at the organization.

Some cases, interviewer can go for a counselling of candidate in order to know whether the candidate is physically or mentally fit for the organization.
