Values and Attitudes could be considered as the viewpoints possessed by an individual. It could be either negative or positive and is the perception of one's own conscience. We develop our attitude as per the scenarios and the circumstance we face, it molds someone to have a perception about others. Possessing values such as social capabilities would elevate the Emotional Intelligence of an individual positively.
How you manage your emotion, is the key factor here. If we are capable of controlling our emotions and those people around us we can ourselves as the ones having a good EQ. The values and the attitude we possess should be analyzed by a person himself. These are the personal accountability factors that mold an individual's Emotional Intelligence in a manner.
