Answer #1

Andragogy is more effective in high education is because of the people who are getting educated. The high education will involve students who might also have some years of work experience so the education revolves around teaching the process more than teaching the content. The learning ability keeps decreasing as continue to grow and we start developing an interest in only a few things. So the higher education just required a facilitator and resources to learn things. When it comes to high school the students are still young and they will have the ability to multiple things at the same time. They have the ability to consume a lot of content and they will realize the importance of the process at that stage. They need constant monitoring and mentoring in high school. So we need to follow different approaches when it comes to teaching. The higher education should consider various factors like experience, motivation to learn, orientation to learning, and many more. But in high school, we will have to freedom to teach anything to the students because they are very receptive and quick to learn new things. The student in higher education already know what they want to achieve after getting the education and they just need the requried resources. They can plan everything and take the right path to the success. But the same thing is not possible with the high school students. So we cant make use of the same methods used in high school to teach the students in higher education.

Passage 2 Many private institutions of higher education around the country are in danger. Not all will be saved, and perhaps not all deserve to be saved. There are low-quality schools just as there are low-quality businesses. We have no obligation to save them simply because they exist. But many thriving institutions that deserve to continue are threatened. They are doing a fine job educationally, but they are caught in a financial difficulty, with no way to reduce rising costs...

Shouldn't the voltage be the same because they are in parallel and how can you use theory or otherwise to explain this? Is it due to resistance decreasing because the bulb abd...
