Customers are generally the important stakeholders of the organization who are responsible for generating the direct revenue to an organization and they help the organization do better as a business. Vendor on the other hand are organizations who work for the organization and the organization is their customer or client, so the similarities and implications are quite visible as they play an important role in this context where both have certain similarities and differences. In the way of doing business they both play an important role and as their business objectives are related and bound together with each other and there is no way they can avoid the other entity. The organization and the vendor are aware of their responsibilities and objectives, hence the communication in the process should be accordingly so that the objective of the business contract or deal as a whole is profitable mutually for them.
