how do you come to a conclusion on what a community will look like, act like,and feel like? who influences this?

I am asking in general, no specific communtiy...

It is the cultural characteristics and its dimensions, morally high standards, social learning and religious education that decides the community to look or act or respond in a particular way. For example, a community that has cultural dimension scoring high on feminism, will make the community to given preference to women in higher positions, in decision making roles and leading the family. At the same time, if community has low score on uncertainly index, then community is open to learn and adapt new learnings and grow. Religious learning also makes community to behave in a particular way as it builds perception, and sets moral standards on the basis of religious teachings.

So, it is the religious learnings, cultural dimensions and sharing of common assumptions that work as influencers to guide the community.
