Organizations today are aware of the safety and security measures of employees and organization consider these measures as primary importance because employees seek such facilities and consider these as minimum amenities to sustain in the organization. The Occupation Safety and Health Act (OSHA) is one of the most important regulations that maintain the standards that are defined in the organization and the organization needs to ensure that the safety measures are maintained and defined adhering to the standards and regulations of the Act. This is a compliance issue that the organization needs to maintain in order to remain legally responsible and effective and avoid issue related to the same.
