Concept of Workplace Health and Safety

Like every organizational goals, safety and health goals are:

1. Determine the hazards and risks associated in the workplace that might affect health of workers or employees.
2. Design the management in the style to reduce the risk associated .
3. Communicate the risks associated, hazards and means of safety measures to the employees.

WHS is an integrated system in which combined efforts of managemetn, employees and health professionals result into a safety program to ensure safety in the workplace. A safe work environmentcan be ensured with WHSP ( Work Health and Safety Program). A central mission of WHSP is to provide culture of safety in a workplace.
