How External and Internal Communication need to be aligned when delivering messages to Stake holders ?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

Internal communication implies the sharing and communication of facts, ideas and knowledge within the organisation. External communication implies such sharing both within and outside the organisational boundaries. Both the internal and external communication need to be aligned when delivering messages to both internal and external stakeholders. There should be consensus and no mismatch between the two. This is essential for ensuring transparency and building trust. The alignment can be brought about by discussing and analysis of the issues among the originators of the ideas before disseminating such information to the stakeholders.
