Provide examples of external and internal environmental forces in international business. How might an international manager address an external (uncontrollable) force by using an internal (controllable) force?

A manager can use his/her interneral forces to manage an externel force. As we all know that, there our environment is completely depends upon the internel and external forces. But each time environment gives us a threat or challanges.

For example a mail internel forces of a business firm is raw material,people l, capital,busines activisties, business dveleudevel programes,finance,production and maraketing. These internel force or controlled force will help to face the uncontrolled or externel forces.

If company have a great competition from another company in the same field, that company can use his internel factors like..capital, raw materials for hurdle the competition from the competitor.
