As proper and effective communication is an essential element in every organisation it forms the basis of the organisation if the communication is not effective it may lead to many disturbing factor which may prove to be detorious for the proper functioning and growth of the organisation. As internal communication is the basic requirement for the effective execution of the day to day working of an enterprises internam communiaction may involve the following.

• orders and instructions from superior to subordinate.
• assigning and delegation of duties.
• feedback from workers and employees with regards to the working requirement and working environment.
• leading and guiding the subordinates in order to get the work done which aims for organisation profit.

There are many ways to communicate either they can communicate through the process of direct communication like face to face communication or they can even communicate through the process of indirect communication mode like to communicate through telephone etc. Now a days the comminication process involves various means to communicate which makes the communication easier and efffective.The technology has also grown to evolve in the effective communication process. Now a days the organisation can involve various effective technology in order to make the communication effective.

In the above mentioned question we need to suggest some ways how the 'Intermountain' can use the technology in order to improve their internal communication system.

The Intermountain can involve various effective technology in their communication system for example.

a) Telephones - As telephones now a days is the very basic requirenment that one needs and when we talk of a company or an organisation the internal environment is very wide in terms of area and employees to and in order to communicate anytime anywhere in the organisation the company need to install the proper the telephonic system all through the organistion in order to communicate anytime anywhere and to anyone.

b) Speakers - As the organisation comprises of the vast area in order to communication easy and readily their should be proper speakers to be involved at the working places od employees in order too communicate many numbere of people at one particular time. This technology can be used to communicate to an large number of audience at a time.

c) Computers - This technology needs to communicate to a particular person through mailing or through any kind of software in order to get the work done from that particular person immediately.

d) Fax machines - These can also be used in order to communicate by sharing information whether images or data from one particular place or person to another.

e) Projectors - These can be used when one wants to communicate their ideas or suggestions in the form of presentation explaining in detail which cannot be explained through other mode of communication.
