Because, valuing and managing the diverse workforce in an organizations helps to enhances the diversity of the organization through different cultures of employees such as language, festivals, food, dress code which improve the motivation of the employees at the workplace.

Adopting the diverse workforce in terms of age and gender helps the organization to get different skilled employees in different fields. This intun helps in enhancing the quality of the work which ultimately attract the customers thus gives a competitive advatanges in the market.

Diversity in terms of nationality in an organization helps to make good collaborations for the business, thus improve the technology or softwares of the business this eventually helps to get more customers in the market.
