McKinsey and company works on the strategy of organizational agility which means that the organization posseses the ability to adapt the changes in the environment and renew its operational strategy accordingly. The company operates on this strategy because change is the law of nature. Being a part of the environment and surviving in this competetive atmosphere where every business is trying to use innovative strategies and approaches to sustain in the market and pace up ahead of others. For this goal to be accomplished companies have to adapt the strategy which allows them to be agile to accept the changes and mould their operations in the direction that can give them the best options to survive and achieve advantage in the competitive and uncertain environment. It helps in not only adapting the change and working on it strategically but also to go through the process quickly to attain the best outcomes.
