1)Within the EA implementation methodology, why are phase 3 activities dependent on the completion of phase 2?

Entrepsie Architecture is an integrated process where the phases and their success depends on the earlier pahses. When the activities are integrated with each other, the performance of one shows impact on the performance of others in many aspects. For example, the third phase is producing a quality product and send into the market. But the success of this phase depends on the second phase activities like:

• the quality of raw material purchased and used
• the right procedure selected and implemented
• the correct combination of inputs
• the right technology and machine etc.

These factors show impacts on the success or failure of a quality product into the market.

The second stage in EA is- Entreprise architecture implementation and the third step is comparison framework. The succesful architecture implementation helps the firm to adjust other aspects and the succesful completion helps the firm to enter into the third phase, i.e. comparison framework. It describes the Enterprise architecture implementation measure, how it is and whether is it at planned way or not.
