the most common mental health disorders include anxiety and depression

there are many reasons

-being exposed to child abuse, sexual abuse

-increased adoption of electronic media

-increased performance pressures in education, career

-reduced face to face interactions

-poor/reduced sleep

-easy access to recreational drugs

-increase in divisive news

-dramatic increase in violent tv programmes, movies, games

-social media pressure

-increased financial pressure on parents
