Answer #1

Answer 1) The company which I am going to take is Apple and two management functions that I will analyze are Strategy and Marketig

Strategy: Strategies can be of many types, it can be launching products are cheap price to earn the market share, it can be tying up with competitor brand and ruling the market, it can be launching a product in only some specific regions, it can be giving customer experience of internship at the company, it can be giving retailers perks if they sell more product. The main goal of Apple market strategy is to increase the market share, increase the sales and increase the number. What strategy Apple has launched is they provided student discount on their product for students that are studying, Apple also provide discount on the 2nd product if customer purchases the product etc. Along with this Apple is now brining phones at mid range level as well which they call as Iphone SE2 and they are targeting middle segment as well now.

Marketing: Apple advances their items through plugs and print promotions, concentrating on how their items are not quite the same as contenders. Business promotions run when an item is first propelled and print advertisements will run all through the item's life. Promotions are basic and forthright, as a rule concentrating on one key element of their item. Apple spends almost 20% of their revenue in marketing of their products which done through top class means.

Mistakes and result in marketing and strategy of Apple and how I would have done them differently:

Apple as a company only focuses on premium products that are satisfying customers with feeling or premiumness and luxury. Apple neglects the customers of mid range or cheap range that are looking forward for good product at lower price range. Apple is never known as a company for the cheap phone buyer, this is a mistake because in luxury segment more brands are coming and Apple is losing lower end Smartphone market what I would have done is as the trend is changing and more customer are focusing on mid range segment. Keeping all these things in mind I would have launched phones in mind range segments.
