What kind of communicator are you? What would you like to improve and why?

I am generally assertive communicator

(Assertive communication is considered the standard for optimal communication. Assertive communicators generally have high self-esteem and communicate in a very direct. assertive communicators are great at getting things done, but they don’t have to hurt others to do so) I am not afraid of expressing myself and typically do so in a way that doesn’t harm those around me.

I may be likely to improve more leadership quality and have to be too assertive in my conversation so that my speech should not hurt them or insult them, be very polite straightforwardness sometime bring troubles so I will try to be more diplomatic and real in answering.
