Yes, would like to work as OD practitioner for the following reasons:

• Will be completely familiar with Organization Norms and culture
• Can be a member of the organization of even in one of the top position
• Motivating others develops self motivation
• can develop a rationale assessment
• Can develop team bonding and communication
• Cooperative mind set develops .
• Working with different kind of clients helps to boost professional relationship
