I should consider organizational culture when completing due
diligence because organization culture determine the company's
internal and external identity and as and chief executive officer
it is important for me to determine the organization culture of
other organization which i am acquiring. Organization culture is
also knowing about the company's core values which is extremely
important before acquiring the company. The culture in the
organization can transform the employees into advocates which means
that the people within the organization are advocates of the
organization culture they promote internally and externally. Before
acquiring the company I also will consider the fact that the
acquired company has a strong organizational culture because it
helps in keeping the best of the people.

Attitude is the feeling, behavior and beliefs which influences the
individuals. Attitude is the single most important factor which
determines how to act or behave in a particular situation. If any
organization wants to perform better the attitude of the people in
the organization must get better. The three components of attitude
are discussed below with example-
1. Affective-This component of behavior is concerned with the
feelings and emotions regarding and object. For example certain
people volunteer at the pet shelter which produces a feeling of joy
and happiness.
2. Behavior-This component is concerned with how a person reacts in
relation to objects. For example- a teacher in a school may give
extra marks for student who act as a volunteer for shelter for
animals.
3. Cognitive- this component of attitude consists of thoughts
beliefs and knowledge about the object. For example a person Alex
believes that if he volunteers at pet Shelters it makes him more
positive and socially responsible towards the benefit of the
society.
