Answer #1

Miranda Priestly, the magazine manager, and Andrea Sachs, assistant, are the two main characters in the film. There is a power unbalanced and this puts Andrea Sach under pressure. Andrea Sach is alienated by oppression. Miranda Priestly is someone who is extremely challenging and wants something to be done for her pleasure in a certain way. her work requires almost all of her time. She's somebody who thinks the money controls everything and also bullies her staff. Their employers fear to make errors when they are around them because of the way they respond. Miranda is somebody very explosiveness and very alienated. Miranda considered herself to be someone of high esteem, powerful, classy and bossy. She is distanced from her boyfriend, close friend, and even from her family because of her demanding job. She later realizes she is being exploited and alienated. The relation between Andrea Sach and Miranda Priestly conveys such a relationship between staff and their boss. Andrea Sach, a Personal Assistant who dreams of working at The New Yorker, endures the burden she gets from Miranda Priestly, a high-profile editor for Runway, since many people feel that working at Runway is a road to win dreamed employment. Miranda Priestly mentally intimids Andrea Sach. Andrea Sach is not allowed to do her work quietly anyhow. Andrea Sach is always being haunted by a demanding call from Miranda. It is also unclear the working hours and the job description. She has to handle everything, not just what Miranda Priestly needs, but what the children and husband Miranda wants. Working at Runway magazine as Miranda Priestly 's junior assistant draws the attention of all Andrea. In reality, her job role anticipates and accommodates the needs of Priestly, but it starts to go wrong when she has to meet and organize the needs of Miranda 's twin-daughter and her boyfriend.

Each time she gets a demanding call from Miranda Priestly, she is always panic and stressed out. That is because of the impatience and hostility of Miranda. Because of this she once wants to quit the job. In addition, her work-hour is so long. Her regular working hour is 14 hours, from 7 AM to 10 PM. Typically she's only permitted to go home at midnight though. She will arrive faster than everyone else would. It's almost hard to spend the weekends since Miranda is always troubling her with the intrusive calls. Andrea has little alternative but to do the job. She doesn't feel happy about this. There are certain unwritten rules Andrea must obey. Firstly, because she serves Runway, she will wear highly tailored clothing. Andrea Sach is not involved in fashion, indeed. Of all the things she isn't feeling relaxed. She will endure pressure in her knees for weeks any time she wears high heels. Second, Food is the law. Not all workers are permitted to consume meals openly, however. Every time one of them takes the fatty food, people around her look strangely at her. She has her weight to watch out for. These are the examples that her work demanded that she fulfill. The unwritten rules pushed Andrea Sach into wearing clothes she felt was not comfortable with. The lengthy working hours cause her face problems with people around her. She has a battle with Alex, her husband, because of her career and that lets them have a split. Lily, a close friend of Andrea Sach, gets mad at her because of the same case. Her work even takes her to her sister's baby birth even though it would bring her family down. She has been counting on her decision to draw her into a direct confrontation with Miranda. This does make her safer though. She's not under scrutiny now, she has the energy to repair her loneliness.

Consumer behavior concepts:

I've heard that customer behaviour is the analysis of people, associations or organisations and mechanisms that are used to pick and dispose of goods, programs that fulfill their desires and needs. They are various variables that are perceived to be financial , physical, cultural and psychological variables in customer purchases. People also often use mental accounting to spend and save their money. Consumer behavior also leads to behavioral economics in your spending options as well as the analysis gained by interpreting human economic consumption. I discovered that there are various forms in which consumers buy goods such as regnition, product / service details, alternatives assessment, then purchasing decision, and even post-purchase actions. Even those businesses should know behavior and personality of their customers. They are the Zeigarnik influence from which any of the things we do that take up a certain amount of our mental energy even though we don't attend to them. Advertisers don't generate requirements, but in certain cases they can render people more mindful of their unmet needs. These are strategies used to sell innovative goods that advertisers frequently struggle to identify or appreciate the desires of customers, so therefore they can not establish a particular demand. When making food choices, buyers sometimes experience danger because of confusion over the effects of their purchase decisions. I have learned that individuals need power to be able to control their environment. The needs of affliction suggest that behavior is heavily influenced by the desire for friendship or the need to belong in some place. Communication is really necessary for doing business, even for life in general. There are other forms of company where you do business with customers such as provocative, selling up and cross-sale. I've learned a lot about how important consumer behaviour, how we should deal with people, is in our lives.
