The Appreciative Inquiry theory is a positive and strength based approach which helps in organisational change and leadership development for adapting a change into the irganisation. This aspect and theory could be used by the organisations, teams and individual which helps people to move towards a shared vision for the strategic innovation and betterment of the people.

Taking an example of negative situation, we can talk about how the organisation is undergoing these days because of covid-19. Every market, every economy in short the whole world is suffering one or the other way because of this corona virus situations. Businesses and organisation are no less sufferers in these situation. Every business being it Travel or Production or Anything, every business is suffering from loss of demand, customers and also productivity in the organisation and thus employees are feeling less motivated in these situations for the work and performance.

But again, using the appreciable inquiry theory you can overcome this negative situation creating a good one. You can make the employees to understand how crucial this time is in their lives as they would never get such a long time to spent with their families. Because of this covid-19, theynare safe at their homes and our spending more and more time with their loved ones in the house together. Even if the work is being performed using the work from home technology, the employees are safe at their homes, spending family time, working from their homes and earning without have to spend the travel costs and the efforts to reach the office. This is a bonus time where you can invest the time to learn more. For the students, to learn more ideas and creativity, for the employees to learn a new language or a new skill for their jobs etc. You have time to invest in yourself and build yourself having the best technology and internet around you. Even if one desires, one can open a business sitting at the home or earn through freelancing. This is how we can create a negative situation into a positive one using appreciative inquiry.

Derive an equation for calculating how many hashes it would take to find a hash value under a particular value for SHA-256. So for example, if you have some ceiling value x, f(x) should tell us the probability that a hash of a random message would be below the value x. For example, if x=1, then only a hash value of 0 would result in something under that value, for 1/(2^256). If you cannot derive the equation, then try calculating...
