There are many ethical issues behind reproductive cloning. Most scientists believe that it is highly unsafe and can result in birth defect and abnormalities.

It is unethical to desire to control the genetic characteristics of offsprong. The problem of reproductive cloning does not lie in the asexual way of cloning but its assault of understanding children as a project of parents will.

The discrimination that is going on in the society with regard to children will increase. The competition between parents with regard to their children with others will increase which is not good for the healthy society.

So, the idea of having a clone of their child should not be entertained. They should accept his demise. And should opt for the natural ways of having an another child.
