The 3 circles of strength are as discussed below:
Elevation of Strength: Each one has its key niche which is something that is the strength of that employee. The aspect gives the identification and magnification of those strengths with time.
Configuration and magnification of the strengths: The people who have identified their strengths or skills would apply the knowledge to gain competence over the same with more inputs with time. It’s a strategic competence development effort that the employee has to gain the needful skills for the future.
Refraction of Strength: The strength of the personnel is to be shown to the people in the business. The strength of the personnel has to be experienced by the people working with them. These give the idea of the strength of the personnel and also allow them to develop the needful skills and develop the key strengths.
The Organizational Development makes sure that the strengths are developed for the individuals as per the business needs and to get the best the training and development initiative, offer to show innovation, generate ideas are well accommodated in the operations of the business so that the best is achieved from each individual and is a part of the process for the most efficient process adoption.
Hence for me, the working is to show that I am learning fast, have the needed skills to do my job as well as develop the system of informal feedback from the co-workers who have to be worked with and be shown the strengths. This allows being uplifted, keeping it on and visibly enhance on it. This gives me the strength and motivation to be active and share the same energy around me for a positive working environment. This is such a devoted part of Organizational development in the long run.
