Freedom, equality, and justice are the big three core values that Americans share. The aspects that the value bears for the Americans are alongside the comparison and contrast with other cultures:
Freedom: The US people are free and have all the rights of any other human in terms of equality and their rights are very important for the people of US, employee, or any other one in the nation. However, this is not such in the Culture like China which has no concept of Freedom and would make the employees work till the targets are met. Here the job quantity is more valued over personal freedom of the employees or the working conditions in the place of work. Hence the contrast is that the US produces more innovation and quality output in its processes due to the freedom and autonomy that the employers give to the people working.
Equality: The people of the US are very well acquainted about equality despite the position of the other or the race, color, or gender since it’s the basic value on which the nation was made. However, in a Culture like Japan, the hierarchy is very stringent where the older ones 0or the boss has all the rights over the employees as part of the culture. This makes people unequal in the nation of Japan depending upon age, experience, or job position. The US equality gives all the best of the chance to prosper and is treated as equal which makes the human rights and people’s satisfaction more prominent over the values of other nations like Japan where equality is segregated based on a lot of things as per the culture there.
Justice: The justice of the US is very neutral and is based on the values of freedom and equality so justice can’t be different for anyone based on the diversity of location, color, or ethnicity. However, compared to autocracy like Pakistan have different parameters of justice where the majority (Sunni Muslim men) are more privileged over the minorities or women in the nation. The contrast that it makes is a society that is internally divided with such inequality of the justice process in a nation like Pakistan. The US on the other hand have a justice system that is over and above race, color, religion, or gender-based on principles that are equal for all. This makes the people of the US happier and feels part of the society or fell free and un-oppressed by the system which is a good thing to keep the citizens have faith in the systems and know their rights and responsibilities.
