Business Architecture usually describes the standards and policies for organizing a data. This is done with the help of computer based systems and technologies that create business intelligence system for the purpose of data visualization online, reporting, analysis etc.

1. Data Warehousing

Leaders have the capability to run through the subsets of data and examine the inter relation between the data to drive business decisions.for example the leader can look at the sales data for over the past years to determine the product development. Data warehousing also involves storing huge amounts of data that can serve purpose to different segments within an organization.

2. Data Source

Data source acts a point where the business insights are driven and stored. the raw data is retrieved using software to derive meaningful insights. the large data source can be a spreadsheet, SQL, SharePoint etc, looking at source of data and make the BI tools compatible with the data source leads to effective and quick decision making that are fact based.

3. Business performance Management

Management and key stake holders can monitor the data and performance over the period of the time to help improve the key metrics.

4. User Interface.

The tools that helps the user to have more convenient options in giving them the insights. the Data source and data warehousing and tool compatibility plays a major role in giving a meaning full insight and visualization. the ability of the user to navigate through the tool for easy and desired output comes under user interface.
