BI gets trends and pattern from the data, this is a BI which displays current status of metreics and KPI for an enterprise they are customizable interface and maily designed for ability to pull the real time data from different resources, these dashboard are also known as enterprise dashboards. The benefits of dashboards may include trend identification,improved decision making and they can be shared quickly and no need specific IT skills.

If a BI dashboard is monitoring product marketing effectiveness, and one of the data points included is total sales, this data point will be useless without knowing the measurement time frame. Is it this week? This month,This quarter, This fiscal year,Absent time specific context and impossible to find the data importance.
