As HR manager, what are the challenges you may face because of coronavirus ? please provide me examples .

As HR Manager, the following challenges need to be faced:

1) Provision of a medium to conduct business and meeting from respective employee's home.

2) Monitoring of work output from employee's end

3) Dealing with Layoffs if the financial condition of the company is bad. It becomes extremely hard to pick people to let go.

4) Dealing with ways to cut back expenditure

5) In cases where it is the end of the financial year, reviewing employee's Key Result Area and assessing the potential of an employee for promotion or bonus will become hard.

6) Introduction of online courses or digital targets will be a challenge
