Answer #1

1) I will use LinkedIn for recruiting employees to the X Company. It is a social media network having a good number of users. This is a platform of professionals from different fields and we could get a wide pool of potential employees in a single platform. As it is a professional social media website, we could get access to profiles of many job seekers. A preliminary evaluation of the skills and qualifications of employees shall be done with the help of this platform.

2) As an HR manager of the X Company, I could use Linkedln for targetting experienced professionals. If I want to recruit freshers I could use some other social networking sites such as Instagram. Facebook, Twitter, etc. shall be used for announcing job openings in the X Company. Such websites shall also be used for background checking purposes.
