Throughout this process, workers and managers influence each other which cause the effects of organizational behavior. Leaders of a company put in place a structure for employees to follow to instill motivation and help keep employee morale up in the workplace. Although, there are times when managers produce tight policies and unfair treatment within a company, effecting the employees loyalty and performance. Work flow policies need to be planned and communicated to all staff to gain a solid behavioral system.
