Apart from software services Google is also investing in gadgets like mobiles and providingit's own software. As it has experience in system software , it can excel in this new field also if correct decisions are taken . Innovation must be done in a field which is familiar to us and as it has much experience in software sector it can extend to this broad portfolio and it is a wise decision. But if it is some other field and it do not have prior experience then it is nor wise of innovating in that area.
