The Process chart would be as follows

1. Open the CPU

2. Review the configuration for RAM compatability with the mother board. (For Example. DDR I, DDR II, DDR III)

3. Memory board implies RAM

4. Upon sucessful review, place the RAM in the RAM slot of the Mother board

5. Place back the CPU cap and start the device

6. System information should show the new memory configuration.

7. In case of issues, try cleaning the ram and placing it back. If the issue persists, change the RAM
