IT Health Care organization chart is as below along with one new additional department.

IT database Department: This is the new department in the organization which used to manage the data base of the healthcare organization for the medical data updation and the reports generation from the database based on the needs in the health care units.

IT Services: This is the department which uses to support all the IT services in the health care unit including the internet and hardware services for the employees for each and every location of the healthcare unit.

IT Security: This is the department mainly focuses on the security system for the healthcare organization. They mainly dealing with the IT related securities for the organization.

IT Administration: The administration department is mainly responsible for managing the IT functions operations and facilitate basic support for the department.
