Common responses when conflicts arise in teams are that the members of the team might support one person or the other which means they divide into groups , other members of the team might just ignore the conflict , they might try to solve the conflict by not taking any sides and advising them unbiased. These three are the most common responses for a conflict in a team environment, The best reaction is where the members try to solve the conflivt by being unbiased and taking the help of mentors if necessary which will help in not increasing the conflict further and bringing it to an end.
