I was involved in a training program for a rehabilitation center in which patients are admitted to the hospital for their proper treatment. Approach would be beneficial for the society as rehabilitation center was operating the training program to educate people about specific problem.
Leader was an excellent communicator. His communication skills were amazing and that affected me at a very strong. Leader directly projected himself responsible for all the problems happened and quickly found and solution for the specific problem which was implemented into the training program.
He also had very good level of patients and it does not show any impatient behaviour and listen to carefully within the whole training program situation.
Proper communication skills as well as their appearance as a leader was won the most important parts which I found very useful. Type of approach help me to understand ethics and values of the society as our leader was properly instructing us too do the specific things further and correctly.
