Answer #1

Answer = In this condition the patient comppletely face from dehydrated condition means when the fluid intake of the body is not sufficient to meet the fluid need of the body so we should prefer intravenous rapid adminiatration of an isotonic crystalloid infusion and in this solution we preferred ringer lactate or also called hartman solution .

Isotonic solution = A solution that has the same salt concentration as cells and blood . for example - Normal saline 0.9 % Nacl , Ringer lactate solution and 5 % Dextrose in water D5W .

In dehydration the isotonic dehydration is the most commoon type of dehydration. it decreased circulatory blood volume and inadequate tissue perfusion so we prefer isotonic solution for regain a good circulatory system and tissue perfusion.
