* A negative-sum game is a situation where the gains and losses of all add up to less than zero, agents involved in such a dynamic will lose in comparison to what they currently have.

* In 40 out of 45 games, Smith's winnings were less than other's losses. For jones, winnings were less than other's losses in 2 out of 45 game and in 20 games his losses were greater than other's winning.

* Smith is a different type of person than Jones. Smith is more focused on winning and does not care about the losses incurred in total. Jone cares abouut the world a little more than smith does. Their actions leads to massive damages.
