Nurse can serve as advocates for
their employees as by notifying them about their wellness/health
conditions,about the healthcare schemes and supporting them in the
decision making.
The advocacy supports the patient
care and end results as it gives instructions to the employees so
that they could comfortably clear up and talk about the barriers in
care of patients and also they can comfortably focus on the
standard of care which is being given to the clients/patients.
