Describe a news story or professional experience in which someone claimed that a doctor, nurse, hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare provider did not treat them with the appropriate standard of care. 1) Considering a news story where a doctor wasn't at the hospital on time and due to this, the treatment of an emergency case was actually delayed. As a result, the patient died which indeed resulted in a crime story on the whole. The situation was then taken into control by the police and with that, the doctor was arrested and proceeded further with the legal formalities. The standard care was indeed violated as there was no doctor in the concerned department to handle the case. And that is the reason, they moved further to the legal proceedings.
