As the person gets older, the efficiency of the heart to pump blood also decreases. In this case, the blood flow to the brain gets reduced. This lead brain to cause lack of sufficient oxygen and blood. Hence it causes difficulty for the brain to operate the other areas of the body efficiently. This process leads to slowly lowers the cell to cell communication. Hence further it reduces the ability of the ageing person to face difficulty in learning,thinking or retrieve.
