Immunization is very important health care system. Immunization starts at birth. Immunization for the children to develop passive immunity against several diseases. So we can identify the impacts of childhood immunization program by various means.

When the child develops passive immunity against disease , it shows the good outcome of immunization program. Increase in number of vaccinated children in a community. Assessing the knowledge of mother regarding immunization and it's schedule. Hospitalization among children is reduced. Children's passive immunity by vaccine , protect the children from getting illness. Advantages of vaccine should be known to parent and vaccination card should be maintained. So many airborne diseases are prevented by vaccination in childhood. Children are healthy and free from disease is essential.
