Nowadays , almost all countries are implementing a good immunization programmes for their children but nowadays vaccines have not found for children against new pandemic diseases such as corona virus and nipha virus . Children are the vulnerable group to get infections fast so better to find a good immunization for them . 2) 1) provide health education to parents and family members regarding the importance of providing adequate and nutrition rich diet to the children . 2) Visit the home and check the weight of the children and record it . Ensure that whether children suffer from any kind of diseases or problems related to malnutrition, then refer them to the health centers . 3) Provide accurate and clear information about the importance of giving vaccination programmes , iron and vitamin supplements at the correct time . 4) Give proper guidance to the family members about maintaining environmental and personal hygiene for the betterment of their children (daily bath, proper brushing and wash hands frequently before and after food .) 5) Ensure that each child is getting the appropriate support (nutritious diet , grants or other helps) according to the government policy . Ensure that children go for regular check up in Primary health centers . 6) Inform the suspicious diseases early the doctors and the government .
