The challenges that the nurse have to face is
like this situation ,I had experience when I was working in paediatric ward .we had meetings daily in the mornings 10-15 minutes with doctors including students. That was really very helpful for us to improve care ,and contrate according to the priority. There doctors and other health team was very cooperative. And also we had meetings in every week to improve care. We had disussions about death cases in that week, critical patient care study, also areas need to improve. These discussion was really helped me to improve. They were ready to talk at any time.
Like this discussions ,or meeting will really help to improve patient health status.
Its really easier bto cammunnicate with doctors if we really well planned and organized about the case before start conversation with them.
