#The nurse has to be provide a formal verbal communication to plot her mistake and provide a chance to rectify it.

This can be assertively informed to the nurse by explaining the hospital's protocols ,rules and regulations ,timing and salary ,etc. , to make the nurse understand the importance of being on time for duty .

#The conflicts which is existing here is the Leadership conflicts in order to decide who has to be given off. It can also create a discrimination conflicts if one is given weekend off and other not. In simple it can be categorized into conflict of agreement

This can be managed efficiently by checking the duty rooster for the staffs duty and their last off and the day of off. This can help to identify the number of leave they took and who was offered last weekend off will not get the chance to take off this time as per protocol .
