  • Extinction

1.positive reinforcement - motivatibg or appreciating by giving rewards,increment, bonus etc.

2. Negative reinforcement- the open comment about one's negativity in front of all will give the feeling of guilty and shame.next time onwards they may try to improve.

Punishment- transfer, over time duty, reduction of salary will provide a feeling of fear

Extinction- taking something away so that a response is decreased.
